Highly recommend staying in Forster and especially at Astina Suits. The location is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is so close. The beaches are clean, with easy access and are absolutely beautiful. So many lovely places to eat both near the water and near shops.

What we liked most was that it was close to a cafe across the road from us where we had breakfast.I would recommend to book as it was quite busy.It was also close to the hotel where we had a couple of cold beers & also we had tea there one night. There are quite a few nice shops in the main street of forster.

Foster is beautiful, quiet with nice places to eat & great beaches. We love the bridge joining Forster & Tuncurry. Nice friendly community & we enjoyed the Sunday church service at Holy Name of Jesus. Great to see the pelicans & dolphins as we strolled around the river

We enjoy going to Forster. This is our second trip this year. It has all the attractions and services we want. Being senior citizens we enjoy the walks, as the area around the bay and in Tuncurry are flat.

Beautiful area, great fishing and if you love oysters they grow them there. Sell them straight off the oyster beds. There are a few good restaurants in Forster and hidden gems in the surrounding areas. Holiday season can be a bit congested with traffic due to the bridge being the only way to get from Forster to Tuncurry and vice versa.

Great place, we were so comfortable there surrounded by everything we could and did need. We booked it because its pet friendly and our dog was as welcome as we were, beautiful One Mile beach is a three minute walk from the house and we could walk our dog morning and afternoon off leash legally on it, big bonus for us. The house was plenty big enough and has all the creature comforts, clean and warm. I'd love to revisit in the warmer months and make more use of the lovely large deck that's fully fly screened and sits above a leafy garden. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and its a short trip to the shops and restaurants. Fast and helpful response from the owner with questions we needed answered. Highly recommend.
